Beside selling Cantonese Style Porridge. Joe Pork Porridge & Raw fish sell Soup Mee Sua. When i first look at the soup mee sua. It look bland to me but when i taste it it taste good. Now i know it is the clear pork broth. The stall owner uses it to cook the porridge too. If u are just looking for any alternative beside porridge go for this stall. @fatboygoodeats @candice.huang @mademoiselle.melo @debbiehuang @micokh22 The Mee Sua Soup is worth trying when u are there ordering the porridge again.

Well come to Chinatown Market & Hawker Centre to enjoy this piping hot porridge. I can say the porridge is silky can see the grain while some porridge is cooked is sticky & gluely not nice. The Stall Owner cooked 1 bowl of porridge at the time to serve his customer well. One thing is that the stall owner added 三层肉 onto the porridge to make it more silkier & tastier. The Porridge is also good when 配 with 鱼生. Stall Name:Joe Pork & Porridge 琼华猪肉粥 Address:Blk335 Smith Street #02-81/82 Spore 050335 Operating Hours:0700-1100hrs Closed On Every Monday Sometime the stall owner may closed Earlier when lack of ingredients esp meat etc.

Now I understand why.
Dipped the freshly sliced fish into the piping hot porridge. Ate them while they were semi cooked. Thick, starchy and grain-less porridge will always be my top choice. Generous amount of fish belly and long hours of hard work made this close to prefect.

Both my dad and myself were always seeking for the best porridge in Singapore. (We have our favorites but we still haven't find The One)

Looked at the amount of fried shallots, spring onions and ginger on the raw fish slices. I felt sorry for those who don't eat them, they must remove the mountain before peaking into the finely sliced fish.

Joe cooks each order of porridge individually in small steel pots. Patiently, he watches over the fire with diligence, stirring constantly to ensure the porridge and ingredients are cooked to perfection, which explains the long wait.

Here's one good porridge place that I would frequent for breakfast.
