This festive holiday season calls for some crisp crackling, melt-in-your-mouth sio bak a.k.a. roast pork and sure we did. Got to admit that the roast pork looks better than it tastes. I personally feels that the blistered skin lacks the shattering crisp and the garlic mustard + herb marinade can be more prominent too.
