The clams were so juicy and yummy eaten this way, one could easily pop them into the mouths one after another. As for the Sea Bass, it was thoughtfully deboned, so it made for efficient dining (thank you Chef) - the flesh was melty but the flavour a little light, so here was where dips and sauces came in handy.

A nice bamboo basket of Crabs (SGD$21.00) atop Glutinous Rice (SGD$6.00) to be steamed. Glutinous Rice was mixed with Chinese BBQ Pork (aka "Lup Cheong") and mushroom, redolent with the aroma of both. The shells of the crab were cracked to facilitate our extraction of the sweet, juicy, fresh crab meat.
Beautifully fresh lobster, bursting with sweet ocean flavours, clean-tasting with a plump, meaty texture.
Luxurious lobster tomalley adds a layer of decadence.

Look at the pristine white flesh. Chunky, juicy, moist, sweet and the melty crab butter. Eat it without any dips. The natural sweetness is enough to wow your tastebuds. So fingerlicking good! Yes... I am on cloud 9 with these hunks of a different kind.

Every component in our set menu was steamed right before our eyes. No need to lift your fingers. The server will just do everything for you. πΈπΈ
Steaming is healthy and it brings out the natural and rich flavors. We had the regular set A for 2 pax. There are 4 reasonably sized prawns, lotsa clams, veges, mushrooms, meatballs, pork belly, scallops on shell and bestest ..one crab which was quite huge. Rice was placed beneath the steamer to allow all the juices from the various seafood to drip onto the rice and after steaming, it becomes a very rich and aromatic seafood porridge. πΈπΈ
Truly enjoyed this superbly healthy, fresh and steamy meal. Did not even break a sweat as the aircon was comfortably cool. All seafoods are live before it is brought to the table.This set costs $99++ for 2 persons. Quite a good deal. πΈπΈ
