Charcoal grilled mackerel. Tender, moist with its fats melt in mouth. This was definitely grilled to perfection and a star on its own.

Stir fry Japanese pork seasoned with ginger and soy sauce accompanied with rice, miso soup and Japanese pickles.
In my opinion this tasted similar to Chinese stir fry pork and there wasn’t any extreme oomph to the dish. With its price tag, I would have expected something less common which I can find at half its price.

Deep fried salmon cutlet accompanied with rice, miso soup and Japanese pickles.
Salmon was fresh and moist hence it was definitely addictive from the crunch to the soft and moist flesh right through the center.
For the price it is a little steep hence not something I’ll come back for.

Ok maybe a lil expensive but they were yummy!
Salty peanut chocolate had really nice chocolate taste that was pretty intense for a ‘chocolate’, noting that it wasn’t ‘dark chocolate’. The salty peanut def added nice dimensions of crunch and saltiness to the chocolate gelato
Amao strawberry (premium) tasted really refreshing. Not creamy and more like a sorbet but carries that bold tangy strawberry flavor and actually quite impressive. A bit too refreshing for me on its own but when eaten alternatively with the heavier chocolate gelato, it was real nice!
The cup of gelato was topped with a pretty and lovely sweet potato piece!
Two scoops come at S$7.5 but gotta add S$3 for that strawberry since it’s a premium flavor.

A good fusion between the chestnut cream and matcha. Absolutely love the crust, not the usual pie crust but those of a flaky pie.

$9 // not gonna lie, this was a very pretty looking dessert, but tastewise was pretty bad and i couldn’t even get through half of it (imagine how sad i was, after spending $9).
raspberry was overly sour and tasted very artificial, the sakura meringue on top was oppositely too sweet and the flavors clashed. there was also a thin layer of matcha but it’s flavor was overpowered by the other 2 components. to top it off, no idea why the pie crust base was so hard, and it was of this weird in between texture of cookie and flaky and it was a failure of a pie crust. yux, would not be back, especially considering the steep prices.
