Back here once again for their Mazesoba! The Nagoya style one is their signature dish. As usual, the noodles are chewy and nice. The minced meat is really well-flavoured, but a bit too salty. Requested for less green onions. You can request for free upsize for the noodles too! This comes with side of soup and free flow tea. Staff are very friendly too. However, seats are limited.

If you’re looking for a bowl of dry ramen in Singapore, then this HAS to be it!!!! 😍😍😍

I ordered the π“πšπ’π°πšπ§ πŒπšπ³πžπ¬π¨π›πš 𝐍𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐲𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐲π₯𝐞 (𝐒𝐆𝐃$πŸπŸ‘.πŸ–πŸŽ++), which was just so delightful 🀀 actually would eat it again anyday!!! an easy way to describe the texture would be like a bak chor mee, but japanese version (seasoning and all) but seriously, SUPER yummy!! ☺️ I really loved the balance of flavours in the bowl, as well as the components - minced meat, seaweed, spring onions, chives and an onsen egg πŸ€©πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ

Overall, I highly recommend this place!! Honestly loved everything about my ramen, other than the fact that it got a tad too salty towards the end (and I didn’t like the soup... but maybe thats just bc personal preference) Only downside is that it is slightly pricey, but its standard ramen price I guess? ALSO there is free upsize for noodles for the carb lovers and free rice also πŸ˜› Will definitely be back to try their original mazesoba the next time round, which my friends really enjoyed and it is less salty, so it may be suitable for those with lighter tastebuds!

It resembles chilli panmee in a Japanese way. This is the original Tawainese mazesoba flavor anyway. Opt for free noodle upsize or rice add-on if you have leftover toppings!

πŸ’΅: $13.90++

πŸ€”: Am not a fan of minced pork so this wasn't my FAVOURITE but i would say that the flavours were pretty pronounced though it looked seemingly milk/plain

πŸ’΅: $17.30++

πŸ€”: The noodles were as chewy as I remember, and this bowl would satisfy someone who love something creamy and cheesy, though it was definitely on the saltier side.

BEST MAZE SOBA IN MY LIFE. Nothing compares to this. NOTHING! I instantly look forward to have this again after finishing my bowl.

You can upsize your ramen for free and do ask for a serving of rice towards the end to eat with the remaining zhup.
