Went there on a weekday for dinner and there was only one person cleaning, setting, serving and manning the cashier. So poor thing but service was slow :'>

I had their signature ramen and noodles are good if you like them al dente. Meat is thin and soft, good ratio of fat and lean. Soup was decent and the ajitama is the best. I am a hugeeee ramen fan and I think I've never eaten a flavoured egg that made an impression. I mean, they were mostly just soft gooey goodness but this is REAL good. I don't even know why.

I will definitely return to Kanshoku for ramen again! 😚

Strong truffle scent & taste, great onsen egg. Char Siew was ordinary & on the dry side. Debatable whether I'd order this again.

Quite plain, with hints of aromatic truffle. I mixed in the egg which made the ramen more flavourful and moist. Chashu was alright. Good to try once and that's about it. The branch here currently don't serve the soup version of the truffle ramen.

This was delicious for a starving girl. It wasn't too garlicky and the egg really hit the spot. It's really crowded during lunchtime according to the waitress but when we came in at dinnertime it was practically empty save for one single table at the corner. The ramen came really quickly after I submitted my order on their iPad Mini.

The black seaweed and fungus are nice and goes well together with everyone is this homely bowl.
