Pork Belly Mentai Mayo Don ($9.80+) came with sauteed pork belly slices and onions on a bed of Japanese short-grain rice. It was drizzled with mentaiko mayo that was lightly torched before the dish was garnished with spring onions, pickles, and an onsen egg. Super tasty!

Unagi onsen egg don. Minced meat maze ramrn with onsen egg ($8.80+) (it was a good decision not to mix in the other veg other than spring onion. It was toooo raww and crunchy) . 3-in-1 combination xiaolong bao (original, salted egg, chilli crab) ($8+). 😋 #kazukazumof #burpple #burpplesg #ministryoffoodsg

Roasted beef don was disappointing. For $12.80, portion was decent but the beef came cold and was slightly sinewy. It came medium/rare (in the middle).

I have a disappointed trip here, the pork katsu I have was so raw and high to chew, it also served cool except the curry was hot. ($10.89 excluding service fee & charge)

Platform M by MOF brings together 10 food concepts at Singpost Centre, and we are loving the casual, laid-back vibes for a breezy meal with friends or family. Hopping onto the trending donburi bandwagon is Kazu Kazu, a stall specialising in curry and rice bowls. Prices are reasonable, with familiar options like Chicken Katsu Curry Don ($10.80) and Yakiniku Don ($9.80). There are some hits and misses, but clever ordering will guarantee a satisfying meal. Take Burppler Dex Neo's advice and go for the Pork Belly Mentai Mayo Don ($9.80). Tender slices of pork form the perfect canvas for the generous finish of mentai mayo, resulting in a lip-smacking, umami-rich rice bowl. This comes topped with an onsen egg — mix it all in for oozy, tasty magic.

I'm not that fond of Japanese curry (they generally taste like the boxed sort you can buy from Jap grocers), but the cutlet was better than most places within the same price point. The chicken was tender and the batter wasn't too thick. It was freshly fried too, so it was nice and piping hot.
