Have no idea what the name of the cake was! But essentially a sponge like (with raisins and some citrus peels) cake with a slightly hard base to add the crunch factor! Interesting dessert I'd recommend to share/ satisfy a sweet tooth! Need to try the Turkish food here soon (since changi village is becoming my new hang out place after moving to pasir ris)
