Guilt free and delicious. They made their cashew milk in-house. Ordered the sweet potato variant. Nutty, aromatic profile which resembles a little like soy, the cashew milk goes well together with the purple sweet potato concentrate.They also have a matcha cashew latte that I really want to try next time.

An exception blend of green tea, spearmint and Moroccan mint

As refreshing as it can be to cope with the warm and humid weather! I preferred the White Rose Lychee Tea though, probably cause it was served hot 😂. If I’m around Chinatown, I will be back to try their Signature Vegan Tea Latte which uses Cashew Mylk.

Ordered: Matcha and Sweet Potato Cashew Nut Latte

❣️More than just an insta worthy cafe, Kebun joins the vegan party with their menu of lactose free drinks that do more than just tasting good on the tongue. The Matcha latte is slightly “sandy” as this green power pack is made by whisking matcha powder and water to a thick froth (yes, done the good old traditional Japanese way) before the cashew milk is added. The sweet potato latte on the other hand is made with blended sweet potato and cashew milk. Yeap you didn’t read it wrong, it’s blended sweet potato made fresh on the spot upon order. Talk about “respecting” ingredients 😉! Fresh tea lattes are on the menu too so do check them out if you are in the area *Hong Lim Food Centre ahem*~

Their lattes are made with their in-house cashew MYLK. The creamy texture and light taste of earl grey complimented each other. Those who like their teas strong might find this a tad too light for their palette.

Being lactose intolerant myself, latte choices are very limiting. Adding on the fact that consuming too much soy milk can cause hormonal imbalances, I’d rather not. This cafe came as a form of life saver. Love the chill vibes this place brings too.

This Upper Cross Street inhabitant specialises in vegan tea lattes that aren't just delicious, but healthful too. Get this: they make their own cashew milk (as a base for all their drinks) from scratch by grinding quality whole cashews with no artificial additives. The Burpple community has nothing but praise for the creamy and well balanced Creamy Cashew Earl Grey ($5) and the Sweet Potato Latte ($5.50) that has a roasty, caramelised aftertaste.

Tried the Kyoto Matcha Latte, as well as the popular Kebun Earl Grey Latte. Both are cashew mylk (milk) based! It seems that they make their cashew milk in-house because I spotted jars of cashews that were soaked in water (or mayb it's a secret solution X hahah). They brewed the tea upon order before mixing it into the milk. Though the shop is small, it has a cosy vibe to it! They seem to make their drinks really intricately too.

At $5.50 each and exuding the light charm of cashews' fragrance, worth a try! The nutty milk does make the drinks taste different. I wouldn't say that I'm a fan but i wouldn't mind having it again i guess! &Oh, it's vegan if you're wondering (;
