Amazing fries and really enjoyed the thick chunk of fries. It was extremely crispy and the potato texture was amazing.
Served with salad and fries. Barramundi was extremely fresh and has a hint of sweetness to it. The batter was slightly too thick to my liking.

Flown in straight from Japan. Oysters were fresh and creamy. There was slight sweetness to it but slightly on the pricey side.
Bone marrow served with freshly toasted bread. This was extremely rich and I felt it was a little jelat. Bread was definitely needed to cut through the richness.
