Had Piadina during lunch and the cafe is pretty quiet during weekday. Waited around 15mins for the Piadina. The cherry tomato at the side is fresh, and the piadina with creamy cheese and parma ham tastes good. However, the portion is a bit petite especially compare with the price they charge.

Cafe by Day “Commune” and Fusion-Tapas by Night “Keep”, this resto-bar also offers free-flow alcohol brunch from 12-4pm on Saturdays at SGD70 (nett).

Enter, and you see a small dining area with just a couple of tables and the bar. The trick here is to step in further, and you will see the huge 25-30 seating area which gives you your own privacy amidst the buzz. Even more alluring is its second floor. The space is HUGE (apparently this unit used to house a club) with an industrial, raw brick-and-mortar finishing and can provide for up to 150 pax private event. .
The point is, birthday boy @angmo_kantang and I had a wonderful wonderful night there, with extraordinarily high standard of service level provided by each and every staff - They were attentive and yet made sure they were not intruding on our conversations. All thanks to the Chef and Host/Manager, Arthur got his very own off-menu-self-baked birthday cake (you will see NO dessert on their night menu) and we were given personal tour of the place! We thought the food portions would be small so we ordered 5 dishes. Forgot Arthur doesn’t take beef so I had the Rendang Meatballs all to myself (his loss!!) Anyway, here’s a look at everything we had from the “West” menu - The Devils Had Wings, Revolutions Patatas Bravas, Shrimps & Chorizos. From the “East” menu, we got the Rendang Meatballs and Laksa Mussels. Plus, two glasses of whites, cocktails and we had complimentary shots of their “healthy” greens (celery, green apple, lime, chili and of course, tequila) which was refreshing and very easy to drink! I’m definitely going back there and will HIGHLY recommend you all to check this place out. SOON.

If you weren't a fan of the food, wait till you try the way overpriced cocktails. Felt really watered down, and this from peeps who haven't been drinking for a long while...

Small portions and not so small prices... the crab cakes were too potatoey, felt like having a potato patty really, tomatoes with bread were literally that. The beef was the best out of the lot, but too salty. More misses than hits for us but could be a teething issue
