From the Burpple community

Craving some delicious donburis? Go for Kei Kaisendon’s exclusive Burpple Beyond Sets ($29.90++) and you’ll leave feeling satisfied for sure! These come with a Japanese rice bowl of your choice, a salad, a bowl of clam miso soup, and two pieces of Yakitori on the side.

Got the burpple one for one and it cost us almost $35 which we felt wasn't worth the price.

The salmon quality wasn't as good as I expected especially for the price paid. I feel that the quality of food here is worth $9.50 for the set instead.

Back to Kei Kaisendon for the third time, first time at One Raffles Place outlet. Service crew lady was quite rude when she was taking orders, but her attitude improved after that. Ordered Burpple 1-for-1 set, each set came with 1 don (I chose the salmon mentaiyaki don - delicious!), mini salad (not that great), yakitori (yum!) and hot green tea. The entire set was very filling and $34.98 for two sets is a good deal.

Ordered the burpple beyond set and was quite disappointed by the amount of fish. Tea took forever to come too. Quality is ok but won’t visit again.

The burpple set is Super worth given the portion and most importantly it is very delicious. From the salad, soup, yakitori sides to the mains. Ordered BP2 for our mains as I’m a fan of mentaiko. Would surely go back again for more.

Ordered 2 sets Mentaiyaki Tamago using Burpple as its 1 for 1.
Good quantity and fresh enough ingredients used a Thumbs up! It comes with 2 grilled mentaiko prawns. Only thing is I felt the salad served was miserable. I rather have a small bowl of chawanmushi.
