Overall good quality and good service!! Order the signature bowl, best deal as compared to the rest. If you order salmon don or beef don, recommend to order ala carte instead of using Burpple

Unpleasant service when I was doing a takeaway at Somerset 313 in Kaisen Don restaurant. I feel I am been cheated for this one for one price. It’s totally not worth the price tag. Burpple stated one for one for the $29.90 so called premium set. But honestly,I can it at $12.90++ for the meal itself though without salad, miso soup, tea and salad. Honesty, not everyone needs this so called premium set.

Top: BP5 Salmon Mentaiyaki Don
Bottom: BP7 Unagi Don
Paid a total of $35 including GST and service charge, so that averages to about $17.50 per pax for a main, 2 drumlets (they gave us yakitori instead), miso soup and refillable tea. The mentaiko sauce was really tasty and you can’t really go wrong with salmon! They gave a really big piece of unagi, but the quality wasn’t that great as how a good unagi should be slightly chewy. It’s not exactly the most rewarding deal on burpple, but the staff were really friendly and service was great!

Alwyays a gd idea to eat at Kei Kaisendon. Satisfied w my dons n portion is just right

Came here alone because I thought the deal was for one person set menu, when I learnt it was for two I settled for the signature bowl instead.
Peaceful atmosphere with not too many people with 2pm. Dish was served quickly with server also specially doubling back to hand me a set of utensils. Not sure if it was because I was so hungry but the fish was fresh and overall delicious. Toward the end however the meat started getting a bit too fishy for me. Served together with miso soup and side salad, it was value for money to satiate my hungry tummy being a chirashi bowl at $20. Though I didn’t manage to redeem the deals, but still a pleasant dining alone experience. Thank you kaisendon (:

Had the kei signature Kaisendon before trying the mentaiko one this time. Had to say that I prefer this as having the normal one became abit too fishy for me. But this gave abit of char and really gave the dish a different flavour.

The way I had it was I tore abit of seaweed and placed abit of rice and chunks of fish wrapped it and ate it. Soooo good. Wished I had asked for more seaweed. 11/10

The service here is one of the best I had from their chain. So cheerful and kind, very fast as well even tho it was full at that time. Waited for like 5-10mins that was all. 100/10
