Thank you @burpple for the CNY gift!

This was good, the biscuit was on the hard side but it crumbles slightly, very easy to snack on. The hae bee hiam flavour was balanced and it's got a bit of heat too

The sando was simple and filling that came with deep-fried ebi cutlet, fried egg, lettuce and spread with mayo. The ebi cutlet had a thin crisp breadcrumb layer and slightly moist inside. Overall it was a light balance of creaminess and subtle sweetness.

Arrived on a weekday early morning at 930am and was slightly disappointed by the limited variety of pastry items to choose from.

-Miso Kouign Amann ($5): This was my favourite item! Who knew Japanese miso + kouign amann will taste so good! I absolutely love the salty and sweet taste!
-Otah Otah Danish ($4.80): Very appetising. But the egg was more than the otak. I will prefer if it has more otah!
-Almond Croissant ($5): This was the item that I least enjoyed, but got it for the sick of getting since I had to use a $20 chope voucher
-Iced Matcha Latte ($7.40): Get $1 off when you order any food item! This promo can be used with the chope voucher too! But I must say this matcha latte was kinda diluted.

For those who loved the Teochew dessert, this Orh Nee Tart (S$9.20) should be something deserving in one’s bucket list. One thing for sure, the yam paste was made from scratch, so I could feel the bits of yam within the taste of creaminess.

This might be the best year when croissants were made into different shapes and sizes, so turning it into a cube was not too big a surprise. But when the croissant was turned into a cube and injected with Mentaiko and Tobiko cheese filling before topping with mozzarella cheese, this S$6.80 pastry became a cute-portioned savoury item that was perfect as an afternoon snack.
