This is a new product I assume only for a limited period of time. The cheese sauce goes well with the tomato sauce, giving something similar to chilli beef fries. Quite nice imo. The original cheese fries seems to fit better together though.

Mala Fried Chicken Meal ($9.45)- 2 pieces of mala fried chicken, coleslaw, mash potatoes & mango drink
✅ Mala Fried Chicken is on point! Chicken is spicy with a slight numbling sensation
✅ Chicken skin is crispy
✅ Chicken meat is quite moist

Would have tried this nevermind my NYR because its mac and cheese! Slightly surprised that the fried chicken is spicy. Everything is well fried to the crisp and topped with nacho cheese (yums). Its so big that i had to eat patty by patty. While the mac and cheese isnt too strong for its cheesy taste, its an ingenius invention for pasta lovers like me.

Tldr: lovely but wish it could be less heaty and spicy with more variety of meats. Am sure any meat will go well with the mac and cheese! ($7.50)

A bit sickening but slightly more acceptable than Double Down. The novelty is really in the mac 'n cheese "buns", but they tasted like cheese sticks from pizza chains, so you imagine.

Taste just like Cold Storage chicken in terms of flavour and texture....not quite what I expected because it smelt really good and I mean you can get a bigger piece from Cold Storage

KFC had done it again by introducing a seasonal item that made use of chicken to replace the carbohydrates portion of the meal. And so the Kentaco was their way of fusing the Kentucky chick with our Mexican icon — the taco.

Sadly, what was seen on advertisement boards at bus stops appeared way more appealing than what I saw when I opened the box. As much as I was hoping for a Chicken Schnitzel wrapping the veggies and sauce, the piece of chicken was just too thick to be folded, leaving the Kentaco appear like a patty with shreds of ingredients on it. The chicken itself tasted a little dry with the non-spicy batter, so add your own chilli sauce as you would deem fit.

I guess this was simply one and done. I would stick to the two-piece meal the next time.
