💕Grilled Moo Ping ($8).
It's tender, tasty with light Char.
💕Tom Yum Talay ($12).
My fav, I always order this, it's more spicy than normal Tom yum talay, tangy and savoury.
💕 Pad Thai ($8).
💕Mango Salad with Homemade Sauce ($6).

If compare to Dee tongue, price slightly more pricey and portion smaller. But I'm ok with that, its nearer to my house.
So easier to satisfy my craving for Thai Food. I should move back to amk 😆.

From the Grilled Moo Ping ($8) to Mango Salad with Homemade Sauce ($6), you will have a comprehensive selection of Isan starters to whet your appetite before the mains. A Thai meal will not be complete without Tom Yum Talay ($12) and what we have gotten is the seafood version to go alongside an order of Pad Thai ($8). Overall, classic Isan dishes that are executed well and you can even adjust the spice levels to suit your tolerance.

Tom Yum or Green Curry? Papaya Salad or Mango Salad? I always have a hard time choosing between each of the options as its more of a spontaneous, at-that-moment kind of feeling. What will be your go-to orders in a Thai restaurant?

They use “ter hoong” (small intestines) and fry it till really aromatic. I am fine with the chewiness but older folks might find it too hard. There were plenty of crispy, wispy ribbons of lemongrass and garlic in there as well, which I loved munching on.

When Wiki, the owner of @deetonguethai got in touch with me about checking out their new Thai restaurant in Ang Mo Kio’s Djitsun Mall, I accepted as I’ve been a fan of the food at her first restaurant for a couple of years.
In terms of the menu, @khaohomsg’s is not as huge as Dee Tongue Thai’s but still comprehensive with its selection of grilled items, salads, soups, seafood, cooked dishes, rice and noodles.
The Papaya Salad with Salted Egg ($8) was one of my favourites as it is very similar to the one I’ve had at Dee Tongue Thai. I found it most appetising with the salted egg mashed up and mixed with the juicy papaya strips in sour-sweet dressing.
