Pop by this hole-in-the-wall restaurant for an affordable lunch with the fam. Get the Kimchi Soup ($8) for a rich and flavourful broth filled with kimchi, pork and tofu. If you're getting solo sets, opt for their comforting Fried Saba Set ($8) for a meal of rice, soup, fried saba and kimchi. Alternatively, go for their Tender Sliced Beef ($10.50) or fill up on their super yummy Bibimbap ($8).

This hole in the wall of a restaurant is such a hidden gem. We came on a lazy Sunday noon to have lunch. We hadn’t been back here since the place was still a foodcourt 20 years.
And what a wonderful welcome experience we had - rich flavourful soup chock-full of kimchi, pork and toufu for such an affordable price. Will definitely return for more!

This place is very very crowded during dinner time.. I couldn't even find a seat for myself.

Place is very noisy due to the crowd

The bbq chicken that I had was good and was definitely filling.

One of the better korean food I tasted in sg

Fried dumplings - which were filled with ingredients such as pork, vegetable, and the same noodles found in their Chicken Soup, were juicy and had a crusty exterior.

Highly recommended to come during off peak hours. Had the beef (non spicy) & spicy chicken. Would def recommend the fried saba and tofu soup. Been eating here for years & standards have remained the same from their basement foodcourt days.

Had the beef and spicy chicken hotplates; shared with my 11 year old. Both are tasty and hasn't changed in taste since I first patronized the stall 20 years ago at the foodcourt. The grilled saba and tofu soup are also highly recommended. Do swing by during off peak hours else be prepared to wait for a table.
