so much love for this vegan ice-cream from KL. My favourites for this June flavours were Oat milk & cookie, Pink guava lychee sorbet, Raspberry rose pistachio crunch and Peanut butter cup. Trust me, i wanted to get 4 scoops of ice-cream all by myself, but i was quite full from my lunch 😂 (First world pain when you had to make just ONE selection among the favourites🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️)
〰️
Featured above is Peanut ButterCup - SGD6.90 🌱
- Think of your favourite Reese’s Peanut Buttercup, you’ll love this Vegan Version: generously folded into classic coconut cashew base and packed with roasted peanuts chunks for extra crunch. Yummmz🌱🥥 🥜
PS: Allergy notice - Contains Peanut ‼️‼️‼️

Good to note. Flavours rotate every month, so be sure to catch it while you can! 🤩🍦

Freshly churned from scratch, Kind Kones’ repertoire of flavours are just the thing for a guilt-free midday treat after a heavy meal and the answer to a sweltering afternoon. Delicate but distinctive, each creation I tried was surprisingly smooth and creamy unlike most vegan ice creams which hold a curdled appearance as well as grainy texture. Thus, rewarding myself with a Double Scoop ($6.50/ Standard, $8/ Premium), I got the Salted Chocolate Chip and premium Sticky Toffee Pudding to share.

A simple classic accentuated with the use of all-natural and chemical free ingredients, the gluten-free goodness is a blend of coconut milk, cashew milk, cocoa powder, vanilla, dairy free chocolate chips and of course, sea salt. Chocolatey yet light and not overly sweet, the Salted Chocolate Chip was decadent without being too cloying.

On the other hand, the Sticky Toffee Pudding was a more unusual offering that delivered in its textures. Studded with soft coffee cake chunks, it is made with a base of cashew milk, coconut milk, almond milk, coffee espresso, vanilla, cinnamon, and dates. The taste of the plant-based milks was quite subtle and well-balanced with the bitter notes of the coffee. Overall, a great alternative to indulge in when the craving of ice cream kicks in.

I am loving this chocolate coffee walnut cake from kind kones - and even a little bit more so than their ice cream😜

Everything is vegan here - not necessarily saying that it’s more healthy but it will suit the diet of those who can’t eat eggs and dairy 🥛 products .

The coffee walnut cake is fluffy , moist and has a light aroma of dates ( even though dates are not mentioned as one of its ingredients ) . Really one of the best cakes I have eaten .

Pair this with their chocolate sorbet for a chocolate 🍫 coma .

I actually fancy the baked goods at kind kones as much as I like their ice creams .

After a satisfying dinner at ah Hoi , what better than to wash it all down with desserts ( with a lesser guilt ) 😜

Desserts that are vegan and sweetened only with unrefined sugar , how much more healthy can it get ?

I had the coffee and chocolate walnut cake the first round and I absolutely loved it to bits ! How can a vegan cake be so fluffy and moist ? There was a subtle flavour of dates which I really enjoyed as well .

The baked chocolate donut 🍩 is more of a moist chocolate cake made with cocoa powder and almond flour . Dense , not too sweet and rich - also very filling so I suggest you share 😊

I like the chocolate sorbet which is made just with

For 3 dollars each , it is of enormous value -
Definitely mispriced so please go have your fill before prices start increasing .

In these secretly lightened-up brownies, the sweet potato adds depth of flavor and moisture. No one would guess they’re vegan! They taste like pure bliss. These brownies don’t mess around – they are the real deal. And, with better-for-you ingredients so you can indulge more often 🧡🍫

Insider tips: Pair the sweet potato brownie with a scoop of ice cream of your choice plus any toppings. Here i have the blue planet 🌍 topped with toasted almonds & almond flakes 🧡

Another Malaysian foray into Singapore, this ice cream joint in the Forum uses alternative milks in place of dairy to produce healthier desserts. These are essentially gluten-free, vegan and contains no processed sugar — how's that for a guilt-free treat? Favourite flavours include the surprisingly rich and sweet-savoury Salted Chocolate Chip, the creamy and light Blue Planet made with blue pea flower and the fragrant, nutty Banana Walnut. While a Premium Single scoop costs $6.90, we'll vouch for going with the Premium Double scoop ($8) for double the goodness. Plonk all that onto the flourless Gluten-Free Cone ($1) made with almond and flax seeds to bring flavours to the next level.
