Got this as part of entertainers 1-for-1 main + appetiser. The snow crab was really sweet and fresh. There was a certain bite to it. Pitan sauce was on the sweet side but not overly sweet. I think it’s made quite well but I probably will not crave for it.

A little pricey but pretty good! I believe their other makis are more elaborate but this is a staple for me. Negitoro is super smooth and tender. The rice used was also very good. I enjoyed this dish quite a bit. More than I expected for this simple dish.

Ordered this as part of the entertainer 1 for 1 main + appetiser. Came with two pieces of foie gras. It was really yummy but I would really suggest to eat the chawanmushi before the foie gras to taste the foie gras in the egg else the foie gras would overpower the taste in the egg. Such a good combination.

Spend your Saturday afternoons lounging at this rooftop bar on Collyer Quay and soak in the stunning view of the city's skyline. Fill up on Japanese offerings like sushi, maki rolls, sashimi, mains like century egg tofu with snowcrab or crispy shishamo tempura. Graze leisurely, as you sit back and sip on your choice of free-flow sake, shochu, prosecco or beer (top up $35).
Buffet Price: Available on Saturdays and public holidays only, 12-3pm (from $58)

You’ll get sashimi (Kinmedai, chu toro, hotate, ikura, ama ebi), sushi (chu toro, foie gras & scallop, buta, salmon veggie, tai truffle konbu), hot appetisers (foie gras Chawanmushi, miso soup), cold appetisers (ocean salad, snow crab & century egg tofu), and dessert (yuzu or peach sorbet). This is quite a value-for-money lunch set for the freshness of the sashimi slices and mouth-watering presentation.

It looks like takoyaki but it's not! It's pizza of hokkaido scallops, prawns, streaky bacon, sweet onions and buffalo mozzarella!
