Saw my feed that @kiyoshi.75 handmade their soba, and can’t wait to try them out! We ordered the snow crab tempura zaru soba which tasted so good, and ate the tempura while it’s just served, because it was sooooo crispy and good, no taste of bad oil at all. While the soba tasted really different from the soba from other places, it doesn’t have that strong green tea taste yet it is good, original and al dente.

We also ordered some of the sides, which is good, I feel their food is in general taste and good but slightly costly. But then again, good food does cost a little more and I don’t mind it at all! Highly recommend to order their angedashi tofu as well!

Ordered the Tem Chirashi Udon which is a thinner form of udon called Inaniwa udon. I like that this version is dry and the al dente udon is very chewy. The warm tempura provided a good contrast to the cold udon noodle, while the cherry tomato provided the tang
