Last but not least, we had the Sizzling Tofu (S)(RM 15), which came in a hot plate and was bubbling with savoury sauce.
Tiger Grouper (RM 216**) was cooked in classic-style, steamed to perfection and served with a light soy sauce. The flesh was tender and flaky, and every bite was packed with flavour. Ate the whole head out. Yummy.
Mantis Shrimp (L)(RM 40) cooked with Oatmeal Nestum was a unique and interesting dish. The mantis shrimps were fresh and meaty, and the Nestum added a pleasant crunch to the dish.
Baby Kailan (L)(RM 28) was a great side dish, with crunchy stems and leaves cooked to perfection.
Butter & Salted Baked crabs were savoury with an unique taste.
Kam Heong crabs were spicy and aromatic.
