Nothing can beat a warm and comforting soup during cold weather.

Awarded by Michelin Guide’s for the Bib Gourmand. This place is where you can find a decent bowl of pig’s organ soup.

The Teochew style comes with pig liver, tripe, intestines, heart, pork balls and lean meat. Which the soup would be cooked with salted vegetables and boiled for eight hours.

So you would find the soup flavourful.

Only 1 item on the menu to choose from, and u either get the $4.50 or $6.50 portion.

Meats where tender and flavourful with every bite.

Pig stomach and lean meat were my favourites here.

Although the Soup was clear, and not "cloudy" whatsoever, it was flavourful with a distinct taste of salted vegetables.

Free soup top up at the store if u can't get enough of it.

Everything is cooked well and without any Offensive smell, no wonder they are highly regarded. The soup is light though, which isnt a problem but i much prefer strong tasting soup like Mun chee kee

Some may not be used to the heavy porky flavour in this Pig Organ Soup ($4.50), but fret not, the ingredients in this bowl are really really fresh. Even the liver isn't too briney. Their chilli is perfectly vinegary too! Really good and comforting on a rainy weather. Another must try!

Pig Organ Soup ($5)

Probably one of the cleanest tasting pig’s organ soup I’ve had as the soup was very clear vs the usual kinda chock full of pork bits but this doesn’t mean any compromise in the flavours as the soup was still a pleasure slurping down! Especially loved the doneness of the liver slices and how they bothered to slice open the intestine and scrape the insides clean before serving it. Service at its peak at a hawker stall!

Love the soup and the tender pig organs. And can consider ordering the traditional side order if you like glutinous rice and chestnut combi!!
