Was introduced to my first Vegetarian Biryani ($9.50), and was so pleasantly surprised! The Biryani included a variety of side dishes and the best was the eggplant one, that was so flavourful and aromatic. The rice was very fluffy as well, good enough to eat on its own. Best of all, it came with 2 papadum 😍😍
Dahi Vada (An Indian curd based chaat) to top off my puri bhaji.
Was craving Indian food, was satisfied with this sumptuous Puri Bhaji.
Ordered 3 sets that was $16.50 in total. Super worth and very yummy. 10/10 would go again! Sadly didn’t have time to get the Masala Tea :(
Drop by this double-storied shophouse on Serangoon Road that's good for conversations over hearty food. Start with their Vadai Set ($3) for crispy yet fluffy, savoury lentil "donuts" served with a side of chutney. For mains, share their Dosai Set ($8.50) for a generously-sized paper dosai accompanied by a varied selection of vegetable curries, sambar, chutney and kulambu. End your meal off on a spicy and sweet note with their Masala Chai ($1.80).

I just love Dosais I cannot even 😍 I tried the crispy paper-thin dosai at Komala's for the first time and imagine my joy when I first saw the huge rolled up Indian crepe! I had it plain, just dipped in the accompanying daal, but to get it crispy do note that it will definitely be oily than the non-crispy version!
