The most amazing Technicolored Little India series: Have you ever saw a sweeter smile? The storekeeper of this Indian Dessert shop introduced me to her entire trove of sweet treasures, including the Soan Papdi. It is square in shape, made from sugar, gram flour, flour, ghee, milk, and cardamom and has a crisp and flaky texture. Perfect after a spicy meal. Surprisingly not as sweet as I first thought cos I'm no fan of Indian sweet treats.
