Gotta admit this was the thickest cut of salmon belly sashimi I’ve ever eaten! $20 for 6 slices. Pretty reasonable considering how thick the chunks are 😇
A sky high tower of Salmon don with torched Mentaiko. The salmon hidden underneath that generous Mentaiko was thick! Great for sharing :)
