Seasonal flavour: very very refreshing!!! With cubes of peaches (not canned ones) as well:))
The citrus jelly was strong and the cream cheese cheesecake was textbook, it goes tgt very well w the bright citrus aroma.
Their desserts really are good, it's clear there's great thought put behind the balance of the ingredients and allowing the strong flavours to come through
This was rlly good. It's hard to say exactly which layer was what but all I know is that the genmaicha flavour explodes in your mouth, it's one harmonious whole. It is quite sweet but it works, the sweetness is suitable
The matcha was powdery, not good
Roasted Pistachio Praline | Fresh Raspberry Cremeux | Pistachio Choux
KURA has always been known for their artisanal pastries which are so very instagrammable and at the same time tastes as great as they look. Their selection of tarts, cakes, and bakes are always so enticing and make it so much harder to choose which to sample.
This time round, we went for the Pistachio Raspberry Saint Honore ($14). Looking like a cure little forrest cottage, this was busting with pistachio flavours in various forms and textures - a dream for any pistachio lovers. Rich, nutty, and almost savoury, the Pistachio components were nicely balanced out by the tart Raspberry Cremeux in the centre. Overall, a must-try.
