[CLOSED] Kuro Maguro (Japan Gourmet Hall SORA)

It's well-managed and clean. While the selection of food is smaller, the quality is high. This maguro don had well-made rice, fresh fish and solid presentation. If you're at the airport, it's worth the visit!

Literally melts omg. 😍 Discovered the Japanese Gourmet Food Hall today and I tried this Salmon dish and it did not fail my expectations. SO GOOD OMG COMING BACK FOR MORE. Mentaiko Pasta from the other stall was meh. But this, 9/10!! 😛 $18 quite worth considering it’s at the Airport and the taste!!

Kuro Maguro have been creating a hype at the new SORA and if you worry about the price tag of their famous O-Toro rice bowl, consider the Negitoro Meshi! Close to 1/3 cheaper, the minced meat presentation makes it even easier to melt in your mouth. Now there’s a bowl for everybody

They was started by Japanese Fish wholesalers thus they serve the freshest, good quality sashimi and kaisendon! This beautiful bowl of Kaisen Meshi, $23.30 is superb! Maguro are Bluefin Tuna and their O-Toro are to die for. Kuro Maguro controls the upstream and downstream of their supply chain, ensuring freshness and affordable to the masses. Air-flown from Japan daily, remain frozen at negative 60deg since caught on their own trawler, the O-Toro melts in my mouth every single time. Even Tuna meat hater like me bows down to this extra fatty premium meat. N’uff said & just go try it already

Love the sushi rice in this Toro Butsu Meshi ($29.80) by @kuromaguromd! The otoro didn’t melt my heart (neither did it melt beautifully in my mouth) but it was still juicy (with fats) nonetheless. Would go for their kaisen meshi next time. Another reason to love our favorite airport more! SORA Japan Gourmet Food Hall is open from today onwards! Grab a bite before you fly!
