It's not genetically modified but cross bred, developed in 2006. Probably the most expensive strawberry in the world. Its flesh is completely white while the skin is ivory with red seeds. It is not an albino strawberry. People get it more as a "Gift" rather than consume it, as sadly the taste is somewhat average. 🏵

Japan produce the most dessert strawberries in the world. Best season for natural Strawberries is May~June
For green house-cultivated, hydroponically or not, specimens the season is from December to April. 🔖
