3/5⭐️
-pancakes are much denser than the regular jp soufflé pancakes and had a spongy and cakey bite to them. reminiscent of macdonalds hotcakes. they’re made with a special organic 7 grain mix so pretty healthy?? ;)
-the vanilla bean flavor of the ice cream pairs well with the not so sweet pancakes
-syrup is a tart strawberry purée blend~

One of the best tea cold brew I have tried. Can taste the “smokiness” of the sencha. The cold brew is not sweet at all so it is nice way to cleanse your palate after having the flavourful pancake.

Available in both bottle ($9.9) and cup ($5.5). The bottle is suitable for sharing as it is enough for 2-4 people.

This is not the fluffy, airy, jiggly, for-the-'gram Japanese pancake (soufflé) that people may expect or are more familiar with. Their dense, Macs' hotcake-style pancake is made of wheat and other grains from various prefectures in Kyushu, an island in the south of Japan. It felt less egg-y and not jelak even after the third piece! It might feel bland as compared to the the usual buttery soufflé, however I could taste some hints of barley and grains. It complements the toppings really well and let the toppings shine alongside the pancakes. The cream and ice cream taste so commercial, but still alright nonetheless. Will come back to try their savoury waffles next!

in frame: berrylicious pancake [$16.9]

Went to Kyushu Pancake for Lunch. Only tried this item from the menu as I was eyeing it! Generous portion of 3 pancakes left me filling full.
Would say pancakes are abit dense! However the berries, berry compote, ice cream and whip was still a delicious combo!

Are you a 🥞 pancakes/waffles lover just like me? This is where i have recently checked out @ that serves organic and healthy grains filled pancakes. Their pancakes are made with their own flour mix, using 7 different types of the finest quality grain, which includes the legendary purple rice and red glutinous rice from Kumamoto and Fukuoka Prefecture.

From sweet to savoury pancakes and waffles, very certain you can find a choice here to suit your liking :)

🥰🧇Karaage Chicken Waffle - waffle served with karaage chicken and special sauce, my favourite among all, the chicken was said to be marinated with mirin, sake, turmeric and some other ingredients to create this inevitable taste that tantalise my tastebud with their healthy waffles that evening... totally in love with with this!!! ❤️

🥞Eggs Benedict - Pancakes- served with tomato, asparagus, poached egg, bacon & Hollandaise sauce

🥞Croque Madame Pancake - Served with baked ham, Sautéed onions, baked potatoes, sunny side up, béchame sauce, mustard and garden greens

🥞Berrylicious Pancake- served with three different types of berries with vanilla ice cream

🥞Matcha MontBlanc Pancake- served with Matcha sauce, matcha mousse, fresh cream, topped with vanilla ice cream

🥞Matcha Tiramisu Pancake- served with brown sugar and vanilla ice cream

🥞Salted Caramel French Toast served with vanilla ice cream and salted caramel sauce

They have also recently launched their artisan cold brew and hand brewed coffee to complement their exquisite food menu. If you love hand crafted coffee (pour-over) to pair with your pancakes/waffles, don’t miss out! 别让生活留白了!

Bamboo Charcoal Pancakes ($18.90) was under Halloween Seasonal Menu that they haven't changed to Christmas Seasonal Menu for now. I asked them that they have Christmas Seasonal Menu lol that time ... I like the unusual colour (black) for the pancake but they put a lot of fruits such as kiwi, strawberry and blueberry and topped with whipping cream and crushed nuts. My friend told me that the pancake made her so full and I told her that their pancake was made of 7 Grain Flour.
