It's made up of chunks of beef, salmon, (unknown fish), venison and pork belly!! They were all well marinated and goes very well with the cheese fondue and the sauces provided!

Speak about unique dining concepts and La Fondue honestly deserves a mention; its possibly Singapore's only Fondue specialty restaurant that does everything from various Cheese Fondues, Meat & Seafood Fondues and Chocolate Fondues, all using premium ingredients imported from overseas and made from scratch. The fondues are rich, thick and the platters are of generous portions to share. A place suitable for an indulging and quiet gathering that would definitely impress all of your dining partners

Served w green apples, pound cake, strawberry, dragonfruit, kiwi and marshmallow. They are all equally good to go w the chocolate fondue which is sweet bt has a tiny bitter aftertaste. Ice cream was strawberry flavored, milky and of good quality, fantastic. Good note to end a meal.

My fav part of the entire tasting - ingredients are all marinated w pepper. They were really fresh and portions are just right which are plus points. Ingredients includes: Beef striploin, venison, pork belly, chicken breast, salmon fillet, tiger prawns, calamari rings and cream dory. By cooking them in the broth is really yummy as well, broth is well flavored and really similar to what we get at the end of a steamboat session. Dipping sauces: Garlic Aiolo, Honey Dijon Mustard, Ranch Dressing, BBQ Sauce, Curry Wurst Sauce and Red Pepper Sauce.
