I love this so much that I said this to be my second favourite dish for my entire Paris trip. The skin was crispy, definitely. But just beneath that thin crisp was the gelatinous juicy layer of the same skin, with sweet flesh that came apart with the pull of a fork. Even the roasted potatoes and vegetables were good.

When you're here, order the French Onion Soup too, the internet reviews were all racing over it. When we left, we saw about 20 pax outside waiting to enter the restaurant.
