Fitting for the hot weather is this vanilla bean pudding layered with watermelon cubes and a lychee and rosewater granita. The panna cotta itself was too creamy, but I loved the freshness of the fruits and shaved ice.
Excellently done with chewy rice, a thick, tasty stock, crispy battered zucchini flower and fresh, crunchy prawns.
