Iโve never tasted crispy noodles thatโs as crispy and dry as this, without being burnt. The crispiness is amazing, and when you get to the bottom, while youโre left with the soggy parts of the noodles, thereโs prawns, fish and clams to complete the joy of eating this. This dish is good for sharing. If youโre alone and canโt finish twin towers of noodles, they also have a version with just a single tower.
Wanting to support local but this place is a major let down. Ordered food for
Collection around 5.30pm and went to collect at 6.05pm (based on past experiences that they are always running late). It was not ready as they didnโt turn on the Grab platform. No apologies. Went at 6.45pm and food was still not ready. The food was burnt or overly salty. Service and quality have quickly gone downhill. Would not support them again nor recommend them.

The above mentioned Twin Towers Seafood Crispy Noodles is certainly worth the hype! This eye catching dish consists of 2 fragrant and crispy โsheng mianโ towers sitting on a sea of thick, starchy and savoury gravy filled with seafood like clams, prawns and fish slices! This definitely wins in its presentation and in its taste as well! Highly recommended!
Let me start by describing the crispy noodles - super crunchy, fragrant noodles atop a savoury eggy gravy with generous seafood (there are prawns, fish, clams & veggies). The sauce reminds me a little of the fish maw/sharks fin soup that we get at banquets, and you can really taste the seafood broth that is used to simmer the gravy. Yums!
This is really comfort food at its best, both the noodles and the gravy.. and it's totally different from any other shengmian in the market, because, where else can you find any other shengmian with standing noodles???
Definitely coming back for more!!
