Linguine done al dente (the way I like it), with a gingery chilli crab sauce. I must say this pseudo chinois thing works way better than the average joe PN cafe concept they had for a short while. Otherwise it's the same Perle Noire team behind the wheel. You should know them if you're a self respecting Eastie.
I like this new concept ! MUCH better than PN cafe. As you all know, this is the same team behind the old Perle Noire, so you get the same quality food with some fusion twists now (portions seem to be smaller tho).
