L'Atelier Tiramisu translates into "The Tiramisu Workshop". At this workshop, we only specialize in one cake: Tiramisu. It is our business concept and belief that by focusing on one cake, we would channel our attention and resources into perfecting the optimal mix and attract a large audience. At L'Atelier Tiramisu, we have brought in different exquisite flavors and infused them with the classic taste of a Tiramisu cake. Selecting the best mix of ingredients, we have mastered the creation of the classic cake and found the perfect blend of exquisite and traditional. We have created fusions of its flavor, bringing in tastes of tropical fruits and tea. Here at L'Atelier Tiramisu, it is our goal and mission to bring you a cake that uplift spirits while satisfying cravings for a range of taste buds.

Even the innocent sounding ones like piccolo and pistachio

We are back at L'Atelier Tiramisu again for their awesome tiramisu desserts! This time, we decided to try out the matcha tiramisu as it sounded like a really novel combination. This dessert has no coffee inside it and it is covered with a generous serving of matcha powder which gives the top a slightly bitter flavour. The cream used in the dessert contains mascarpone cheese. We also felt that this tiramisu is laced with a slightly different alcohol that gives it a slightly fruity flavour but we can't pin down what it is 😅

Without the coffee and with a fruity note, this version feels lighter and a lot more refreshing! For $7.90, it is pretty much a steal given how interesting (and yummy) this combination is!

Can't get enough of their tiramisu! The lychee flavour is light, sweet and fruity and has quite a bit of alcohol (martini/rum?) which complements the taste super well!

One of the best tiramisus we've tried! The coffee flavour packs a punch with a tinge of alcohol. The mascarpone cheese was light and not gelat. We liked that the ladyfingers were moist but not overly wet as well! Definitely coming back to try their other flavours.

The tiramisu desserts at L'Atelier Tiramisu come in many flavours and one of those is the Earl Grey Lavender-flavoured tiramisu. The texture of the shop's tiramisu desserts are to our liking, as they are not overly moist, and the ladyfingers are not overly soft as well! The mascarpone cheese and cream used were pretty generous and we loved that too!

However, we felt the taste was a little imbalanced in this rendition, as the lavender overpowered the bergamot flavour. Furthermore, there is not much coffee in this tiramisu so it differs from the traditional tiramisu dessert in this sense. It might have been better to let the earl grey flavour stand out a little more so that the dessert lives up to it's name 😁 Still a very refreshing taste nonetheless!

For $7.50++, this tiramisu can hold it's on against many of those served at higher-end restaurants and hence, we think you should give this place a try if you have a sweet tooth! Do take note that you shouldn't come too late, however, as some of their flavours can be sold out before the stall closes.

Classico ($7.90). We liked how moist the cake was and reminded me of the ones I’ve had in Italy. The mascarpone cream was light enough as well. If there’s anything I could pick on, I would like it if the sponge cake was a bit more fluffy.

Worth the buy though! Would come back for more exciting flavours
