ππ¨π₯π ππ§π ππ₯ π‘ππ’π« (3.5βοΈ; $38) - Refreshing cold starter with earthy truffle balanced with umami ponzu & dashi. Served with caviar and seared Japanese scallop; did find the latter enjoyably caramelised but a tad overdone.
π π₯ππ¦ππΜ ππ‘πππ¬π ππ‘πππ₯ πππ«ππ¨π§ππ«π (4βοΈ; $28) - Most popular dish and rightfully so. Enjoy a flambΓ© show from the torching of brandy. Rich and savory with the tossing of pasta in creamy Parmesan cheese.
