Kind of a disappointing starter. The cheese itself tasted fine, but the centre of the bocconci was not melted at all and a bit cold even... I expected this to be a gooey melty ball of cheese but instead only got a bit of melty and a cold centre.

The burrata was so creamy and fresh!!! We were told it was directly imported from Italy. You could really taste the quality of the milk from which it was made. Would highly recommend this dish!!! It was also HUGE!!! A very filling starter that honestly could double as a main for lunch OR dinner.

I heard many stories of how latteria makes the best and most authentic pasta and I just had to try for myself. The portion for this one is really huge and I would recommend sharing it if you aren't that hungry. While it does cost $35 ++, the amount of seafood( prawn, giant prawn, squid, clams) does the price justice. The pasta was very nicely done, not too soft or hard. But the highlight for me was finding small crab bits in the spicy tomato sauce and how it blended with the tomato bits in it. I enjoyed every month of this dish and I look forward to coming back to try all the other pastas!!

At first glance, the price did deter me from giving this gem of a dish a try given its hefty 33 price tag. Then again, I caved in due to my love for Burrata. When the dish was presented, I thought it was the best decision I made for the night. The burrata was enormous and well prepared. What even surprised me more was the synergy that it had with the green peppers which were sour and sweet. Each bite was literally like heaven; creamy and crunchy and I am not even exaggerating here. Please please do order this if you visit this restaurant. And the staff there are super friendly and helpful too.

Definitely got picked up by this! And would have been, over and over even with the same pick up line 😅

This is without a doubt one of the more memorable tiramisu I’ve had thus far. Will remember it

1) for the homemade lady fingers (what a winner!!)
2) for the much bigger than normal portion
3) for the insanely well soaked sponges, almost couldn’t find a dry spot on the sponge
4) for the overall good ratio of sponge to mascarpone cheese (no need to scrap off mascarpone to go sponge hunting in this tiramisu!)

Love how the coffee liquor just ooze into the mascarpone when you dig your spoon into it, fusing everything together not forgetting the cocoa powder sprinkled generously over the entire surface. Texture of the mascarpone cheese was fluffy and creamy. So rich, decadent and yet light at the same time 😋


300g Burrata from Puglia with Sweet Peppers.

Burrata has a rich milky flavor. Got to love it for that firm yet elastic, spongy outer layer wrapped around a creamy, oozy interior.

It is incredibly soft and luscious with a subtle sourish tang. The dissolving pulpy interior is reminiscent of soft whipped butter, melting in the mouth and coating the tongue.

Together with the roasted sweet peppers and the delicate saltiness of prosciutto, it is just divine! 😋
