A symphony of textures, temperatures, and flavours. So appetising we had to stop ourselves from ordering more!

The iconic ๐›๐ž๐ž๐Ÿ ๐ญ๐จ๐ง๐ ๐ฎ๐ž ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ ๐ซ๐ข๐›๐ข๐œ๐ก๐ž ๐ฌ๐š๐ง๐๐ฐ๐ข๐œ๐ก ($26) lived up to the hype. Thinly shaved beef tongue with tangy gribiche (a classier egg mayo concoction); easily one of the best in town. Must try.

Feature Beef Tongue and Gribiche Sandwich.
Crispy at the outside, soft buttery inside the brioche, served with generous tender beef Tongue and egg mayo.
Thank you @singaporeliciouz @dorisgoz and @adibeevince for the treats โค

Full disclaimer: I donโ€™t know what a gribiche is, and I know my photo is shit. But imagine walking into subway and ordering a CCT... Except that it wasnโ€™t subway. It was heaven. And God himself was wrapping you this sammie. You tried pointing at the veggies but he slaps your finger away. Do not question the divine order! I donโ€™t know where am I going with this analogy, but just take my word for it. This dish was the divine intervention I never knew I needed in my life.

My first impression of this pasta was that it was excessively salty, and leaned a tad heavily to the porky side. So dainty eaters please beware. The gaminess (which was v pronounced) balanced exceptionally with the houseโ€™s natural wine. I felt dirty after each bite, but the natural wine cleansed me in a baptism of flavours. Iโ€™ve tasted heaven and I am now telling you how. Please order this dish (and the wine. Ask for recommendations).

Love how far they took the caramel so itโ€™s not sickly sweet (like many choc caramel tarts). The herbaceous, savoury rosemary and sea salt complement the bittersweet chocolate and caramel perfectly while the hazelnut adds crunch. Even the chocolate tart base is perfectly crisp. One of the best choc caramel tarts around.

Will eat this more often if not for the price ๐Ÿ˜›
