Officially been living under a rock bc how did I not know that these delectable 𝘽𝙚𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙪𝙧𝙙 𝙏𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙨(~$10/8pc) existed?

A buttery shell encased the beancurd filling, thick enough to be sturdy, yet not over doughy and distasteful. Buttery fragrance made the outer crust crumbly and smooth, but not too oily. Perfect ratio 😛

It’s not always what’s on the outside that counts — the wobbly beancurd filling was good, too. Similar to the consistency of laoban’s custard, this chilled filling made it a good dessert choice. My only gripe would be that the soya flavour wasn’t very strong.

It's a perfect sweet treat for people who's not like a sweet dessert. Buttery tart with the bean curd filling that not sweet..

Mummy-in-law has a refined palate - from fine cuisines down to the traditional old-school tarts. Here’s the famed beancurd tarts she got from LE cafe. When she raves about sth, you know it’s bound to be pretty legit. A bite into it affirmed my trust in her taste once again - the light fragrance of soybean turned a lil’ more pronounced with each bite. The soft, curdly texture was incredibly silky and smooth. Despite feeling so “soft” and delicate. They do not fall off the tart with each bite - I love it when it’s not a challenge against time to finish my tarts. The crust was extremely sturdy - firm and buttery; a nice complement to the beancurd fillings 😋

Buttery fragrant crust encasing soft wobbly soya custard that isn’t too sweet! Absolutely love these soya tarts that we bought 2 boxes of 8 at one shot! Have been eating these since I was young and the same comforting taste has never changed ☺️ Next time, I’m gonna pre-order to try the grass jelly/red bean flavours!

It’s my first time trying the beancurd tart from @lecafe_sg and it is legit good!
Personally, as I am not someone with sweet tooth, I find that the taste of the bean curd tart is perfect for my liking and also loving the smooth and silky texture of the beancurd filling! Thank you @hojiakstory for the yummy treat!

It was used be located at middle road area and the building was going to be demolishing soon. That's why they moved to rochor area near rochor / little india mrt. The taste of beancurd tart still remind the same like crispy base and silk beancurd as last time that my sister brought. The size of beancurd tart have changed a bit.
