Trying to act healthy this week although I did binge on eating Indian kachang puteh in the morning. The blue cheese chunks were surprisingly quite enjoyable. Also, is it me or did their galettes become darker?

Apple, homemade salted caramel.

Absolutely love the salted caramel! Not the thick sticky gooey type, but more viscous and watery. So you’d image the flavor to be there but the texture is much lighter! Goes so well with the crepe!

Honey, lemon, toasted almond.

All dessert crêpes are made with wheat flour, unless the savory ones which are made of buckwheat flour.

Not bad! Light dessert with mild sweetness from honey and a nice hint of lemon

Duck confit, caramelized onions, potato, thyme.

Not bad crêpe. But a little on the dry side! Slightly heavier dish with the sliced potatoes all over.

crab, chilli, tomato, egg, chive, cheese.

This was simple but packed with flavor! Love how cheese was used as the base on the buckwheat flour and then the chili crab paste smeared all over topped with an egg with runny yolk

Bacon & egg, truffle fries.

This was unexpectedly good! Patty was cooked to perfectly for medium rare. And very thick patty too! Not the kind of burger to be spammed with sauce so it’s literally just soaked in its own meat juice. Love how the yolk and caramelised onions just brought everything together!
