More batter would have made these a little bit more crispier, but I felt that being the way it is makes it taste lighter as the layer of flour wasn't too thick. Banana were sweet and custard-like after frying; just of the right ripeness. It's also surprisingly not oily too. This is the $0.80 size, and if you fancy a bigger banana you could opt for the $1.20 option.
