Back at Le Shrimp Ramen, really missed the rich prawn broth and chewy lamian noodles! Ordered the ebiko prawn balls lamian and prawn dumplings lamian (both were between $14-$16 each). The ebiko prawn balls were very well done and each ball was packed with prawns. Super worth it with the current 30% discount!

The Ebiko Prawn Paste ($13.50) turns out to be mala-flavoured (Szechuan peppers 🌶️🌶️🌶️) dry noodles tossed with chilli vinaigrette. Not really for us - noodles portion was huge but the mala was too overpowering after awhile. The side dish of braised tofu in tonkotsu broth was nice and warm.

Walao, this is like Ipoh kuey teow soup on steroids! 🍜🦐🦐🦐💪💪

We could smell the shrimp broth as soon as we walked in.

We ordered the Le Signature Trio 🍤🍤🍤 Shrimp Broth Ramen ($19.90). It was so yums! Imagine Ipoh kuey teow but with an even more concentrated shrimp taste and the consistency of tonkotsu broth.

It was so full of prawn-y goodness and umami that we finished it to the last drop. It seems that the broth was cooked with fresh sea prawns, pork bones 🍖and Chinese spices.

We opted for the Chinese la mien - which had the perfect al dente bite. 🍜 The trio consisted of a pair of fresh, succulent prawns; silky smooth prawn dumplings and ebiko prawn paste. The portion was really good for the price.

Le Shrimp Ramen has been my go to place for comfort food nowadays. Recently I ordered the Ebiko Prawn Paste With Chili Vinaigrette Hor Fun, Braised Beancurd in Tonkotsu Broth, Poached Lettuce With Supreme Soya Sauce and Chilled Crunchy Cucumber. I was a bit disappointed they gave me ramen instead of hor fun as I had really wanted to try the other noodle options other than ramen. Oh well. The slightly oval mounds of prawn paste with crunchy pops of ebiko never fail to satisfy and were absolutely delightful to bite into. I really like the chili vinaigrette with the mala undertones. The poached lettuce was crunchy though it got rather salty towards the end as it was practically drowning in the supreme soya sauce haha. The cucumber tasted firm and fresh while the braised beancurd was rather pedestrian. Let’s hope they get my noodle option right the next time.

100th post for the first @paradisegrpsg Japanese Shrimp Broth Lamian in Singapore coz its sooo good! ✨🦐 .

Really love their broth and i can assure you not a drip is left at the bowl ✨✨ the taste of the shrimp is so strong, just can’t get enough of it! .

Noodle’s texture is just nice and love the fact that its not so thick! So more of this yummy thick shrimp gravy latch unto the noodle 🍜✨ . .

Tried the signature soup variation for the first time with chinese ramen and it was mindblowing awesome! Expect thick and consistent prawn broth with seafood and umami sweetness. The ingredients are generously portioned with a plethora of shrimps, shrimp dumplings and prawncakes. A must try at le shrimp.
