Take a trip to China with #LeShrimpRamen with their take on Ma Po Tofu with Minced Shrimp Ramen 🦐

Available till 31 Mar, enjoy this seasonal option that comes with firm tofu cubes cooked in their spicy sauce, topped with beancurd crisps & Szechuan pickled diced vegetables for that additional texture. Instead of the usual minced meat, Le Shrimp added their twist to it by adding minced shrimp instead, which adds to the sweetness of the dish.

As it comes on a milder spice scale, feel free to opt for more chilli when you order!

Savoury tonkotsu soup base with preserved vegetable mixed in, giving another layer of flavour. Pork chop was a delight too. Added two side dishes to supplement the meal: Prawn Dumpling with Chilli Vinaigrette & Braised Pork Rib with Scallion. LeShrimp also newly launched Ma Po Tofu with Minced Shrimp Ramen ($15.90), available until 31 March. Come try it yourself!

Our favourite order at Le Shrimp is always one of their shrimp-based broths. I love having it with the silky smooth hor fun that soaks up the broth so well! I prefer the hor fun to the usual ramen noodles too as I find the latter turn soft too quickly. This trio bowl has prawns, dumplings and shrimp paste balls but they also have more affordable bowls with individual ingredients. The broth is very rich, comforting and tasty.

Le Shrimp has a new seasonal dish available till end March, the Ma Po Tofu with Minced Shrimp Ramen - it has ramen and firm tofu cubes tossed in a spicy blend sauce, topped with fried beancurd crisps, Sichuan pickled vegetables and much softer textured minced shrimp. Pretty decent, the flavours leaned more sweet-savoury, with a very mild spice level. If you’re a fan of the heat, definitely request for more spice.

This comforting bowl of Red Garoupa with Preserved Vegetable in Tonkotsu Broth ($19.90++) 🐟 did not come cheap but it was indeed yummy! The broth is creamy & robust-tasting - whets your appetite! 🌟 The chunky fish slices were fresh and springy too!

For sides, I went for their springy Prawn Dumpling with Chilli Vinaigrette ($8.90++) 🥟. It was not spicy at all, more tangy from the vinaigrette. Love the prawn filling that had a nice QQ texture.
