Prawn Dumplings Shrimp Ramen, $14.50. Craving for something hot and soupy in town! Super rich pipping hot prawn broth with QQ chinese La Mian, a few of their huge prawn dumplings and chopped cabbages! Prawn dumplings were so tasty and it has huge prawns in it too! It was so gooood that we slurp up every drop of broth!!

✨ Was blown away by the flavour and depth of the shrimp broth. The soup is slightly spicy and not too heavy, so it is easy to finish the whole bowl.

I got the shrimp dumpling noodles while my partner got the Ebiko prawn paste. Both are good options if you’re lazy to peel prawns!

Third visit here in about a month and I keep ordering the same dish plus appetiser (century egg tofu).

I did find the standards quite variable with each visit. On my second one, the century egg tofu was very dry with not much oyster sauce. In addition, the poached lettuce on that visit was bitter. Today, my century egg tofu was okay, but the ramen was more on the undercooked side. I suppose it would’ve been good for someone who likes their noodles al dente, but I lean more towards the softer spectrum with ramen noodles. Apart from that, the broth is consistently good with each visit and I really enjoy it thick and rich prawn broth. It’s perfect for a rainy day. If you can’t make up your mind, go for the signature trio where you get two prawns, three pieces of ebikko prawn paste and two prawn dumplings.

Sides are literally the same as whatever is offered at Le Nu (another Paradise Group Restaurant). If you enjoy them, it’s worth adding on with a drink for a full meal with set price.

Ways to save:

Le Shrimp Ramen is currently offering 30% off bills for Citibank, Maybank Card Holders or Paradise Group Members until end of March 2020. This applies to all Paradise Group restaurants too so it’s a really good deal!

Paradise group restaurants (Le Shrimp included) are on ShopBack GO so make sure you link your Citibank card if you want cashback on top of the 30% off!

i loved this! the broth was creamy and enriched with a potent prawn flavour. i could drink the broth everyday without qualms, lol. the shrimp dumplings & ramen noodles were fine. it’s quite a large portion for smaller eaters like me; but i’d willingly come back again.

💵: $19.90

🤔: Broth was rich and savoury, super yumz! Prawn was pretty fresh, but the prawn paste and dumplings were definitely the scene stealers!

Le Shrimp Ramen by @paradisegrpsg dishes out bowls of freshly prepared piping hot noodles with premium quality ingredients in two different specialty broths - Shrimp & Tonkotsu. For a more satisfying meal, you can top up another $3.20 to get an appetiser and a drink of your choice!

👉Ebiko Prawn Paste Shrimp Ramen - SGD14.90

All in all, the noodles had a great texture and the shrimp broth was pretty decent, though it could have been more robust for my liking. I was slightly disappointed with their ebiko prawn balls too as they lacked flavour and didn’t taste like the freshly handmade ones. Maybe I’m expecting too much HAHA🙃
