Great idea for a side dish, however it would be better if there are more wanton skins and the salad is colder
100/100! The truffle smell was strong (in a good way) and the meat was cooked in perfection. Every mouthful melts in the mouth. Totally worth it for 1-1 deals!

pretty decent dons. worth it with burrple beyond. i got the lecoq chirashi, which came with a good portion of sashimi 😍
Price:
Less than $20 for 2 bowls of goodness
Food:
Scorched rice with Beef and Salmon Mentai Don pictured here, beef didn’t taste very marinated, was a lil dry... but the rice was nicely cooked, Salmon Mentai can feel a lil gelat w the onsen egg mixed in, would suggest sharing a bowl!
What I would order:
Truffle Beef Don >
Salmon Mentai Don (+Chilli Padi on the side) >
Salmon w Chilli >
Scorched rice with Beef
Note:
bring umbrella ☔️ because if it rains, you’ll
1. Be stuck here
2. Be drenched - either ways, not good
The cavier is abit hard, different from usual types I had at other restaurants and Hotate was sliced very thinly. However, the somen was chewy and flavourful. Truffle taste was not overpowering. Overall worth it for the price! :)
Delicious, mee pok sauce just the right balance of sweet and savoury. The fried wantons are crispy and to die for. Overall a great take on singaporean mee pok :)
