Fresh thick cuts of white fish slices and scallions. Congee was about right - while plain it was smooth with a bit of grain texture

One of the best egg tarts I have tasted in Singapore .

Very light and flaky without being too sweet .

Rice steamed to perfection with braised chicken , salted egg and Chinese sausage .

As though you were dining in Hong Kong .

Fuyong omelette filled with shrimp, generous amounts of onions, and spring onion. It's tasty, fragrant, succulent and not soggy. White rice- a little on the dry side, but has a certain quality that makes it worthwhile eating.

I used to dream of flying to Hk just for their dim sum and bolo buns ( at the ubiquitously famous mongkok ) bur not anymore after having tasted the best bolo buns in singapore .

Go between 230 to 5pm and get your warm bolo buns with an authentic yuan Yang at a value set meal of 3.80 . The food and ambience makes you feel you are already in hk .

Just be sure to present / pay bill before 5.29 pm - they are very strict with timing issues ..ahem...
( dim sum items are at 30 percent off during weekdays 230pm to 5 pm )

Best Bolo buns in singapore . Light flaky crust and airy feather like buns .

I assure you this is the best .

These morsels of carrot cake are filled with so much flavour from the radish and waxed sausages .

Taking them for a hot bath in oil until crisp outside and tender inside just brings them to another level.

Paid with their in house fiery chilli 🌶- this dish was so addictive.

My only gripe was that the portion could have been a bit more generous and there could be more eggs used for the dish .
