Finally checked out their new and bigger open-concept space and Lemeul remains among my go to for pure and rich chocolate desserts! The 72% dark chocolate ganache was ultra rich with bitter undertones, encased in a crispy chocolate tart crust. Straightforward chocolate goodness paired with sea salt chantilly and salted caramelized white chocolate crumble that adds extra texture and helps cut through the richness.

MINI SEA SALT TART ($3.50) was not the prettiest but the most delectable!! Perfect salt to chocolate ratio, maybe because of absence of cream(?). and cheapest too🤑

SIGNATURE MINI TART ($4) was too creamy and made the tart quite surfeiting despite it’s tiny size.

Pistachio in the PISTACHIO MINI TART ($4) was really mild could barely taste it.

Bean-to-bar chocolate specialist @lemuelchocolate has finally opened their new outlet one level above their old space. It's x4 the size and has a dine-in cafe area, retail space, open kitchen and even a workshop room for all you folks who wanna learn how to make chocolates. We finally had time to go down and try their food and these were chefs kiss👌🏻

I would have never imagined cacao and tea together in a cup but Lemuel did just that. This intruguing drink tastes like a soothing cup of iced tea with a dash of chocolatey goodness. very refreshing and pairs well with the rest of the desserts.

bought the Hojicha & Raspberry tarts, both were very decedent and hit the sweet spot for us! the Raspberry tart had several layers within and we especially appreciated the crunch in the bottom layer. it's a little on the sweet side though, so those with a sweeter tooth can opt for this! the Hojicha tart is less sweet but was the perfect blend of dark chocolate and hojicha. Personally I enjoyed the Hojicha tart more but both were a sinful and delightful treat!

Fun and informative truffle making session where you get to make 3 different flavours and experience a viewing of their in house chocolate making facility. Their cocoa nibs are definitely of high quality 🤤

Lemuel Chocolate has reopened its doors to a spanking new space over at Star Vista! The bean-to-bar chocolate makers place an emphasis on quality, flavour and sustainability - roasting and churning out delectable chocolate treats right in front of your eyes to boot! @lemuelchocolate even sources and imports their quality cacao beans from farmers all over the world.

I was honoured to be invited to their soft launch/food tasting and got to try their numerous chocolate goodies! They were also generous enough to give us a box of their eye catching geometrical Bonbons! Well, I couldn't help myself and decided to buy an additional box - #ForTheGram!

These were the flavours:
◾Key Lime Pie
◾Lady Earl Grey
◾Popcorn Pecan
◾Pear [I think?]
◾Ondeh All Day
◾PB & J

I'm not usually one for Bonbons as I tend to shy away after seeing the price but boy I was missing out! It was also a little heart wrenching to pop these in your mouth as they're just too gorgeous to look at!

Each petite Bonbon packed a punch of flavour that literally exploded in your mouth. My favourite flavours would have to be their Ondeh All Day and the Key Lime Pie. Damn, now I want some more.
