Lemuel Chocolate (The Star Vista)

Eating this brownie with it’s (I assume) unprocessed cocoa gave my companion an almost perfectly lined lip. Mildly sweetened and slightly crumbly, this brownie came recommended by the server.

On a diet? This Chocolate Flourless Cake ($10) was light and not sweet. It felt healthy 😝 but personally I would like it a tad sweeter to give the cake a good taste balance.

Paired with the autumn tea ($5.50) was a worthy match.

I was expecting more to be honest.

This was just like any ordinary iced chocolate I ever had.

The Flourless Cake ($12) was okay - decently moist and chocolatey. Quite the hefty price tag for what you are getting so I would stick to the drinks to get my chocolate fix.

Not too sure about them having the BEST hot chocolate in SG but the Lemuel Chocolate’s House Blend Hot Chocolate was a pretty lip-smacking concoction and overall rather well-balanced. Thinner and lighter than I thought, it didn’t feel like I was drinking melted chocolate (thankfully). It had a very smooth cocoa finish and wasn’t too sweet or thirst-inducing. The chocolate bits at the top also added some decadence as you get that hit of rich bittersweetness during sips of it.

Think it was around $8 for this cup! It was a really thick and intense chocolate drink and I really enjoyed it a lot as a chocolate-lover! It was not too sweet and was rich in chocolate taste. There were bits of chocolate pieces at the bottom which was nice to have as well. Chocolate quality was good!
