LeNu doesn’t disappoint. From the noodles to the soup and beef, it was an awesome experience and a rainy day comfort food.

Fill up with a hearty bowl of LeNu Beef ''Bak Chor Mee'' 🐄🍜 ($11.90++), which comes in both spicy & non-spicy renditions. Perfect for diners who like their BCM vinegary! 🤤 Just wished the pork lard was crispy!

Starting off with Paradise Dynasty’s Laksa Xiao Long Bao ($9.80) that has a spicy flavoured broth with the pork filling before moving into Canton Paradise’s Crispy Chilli Crab Pastry ($7.80) that pays homage to one of Singapore’s iconic dishes as a bite-sized delight.

Warm the heart and soul with Paradise Classic’s Double-boiled Pork Rib and Chicken in Bak Kut Teh Soup ($26.90) that brings sips of nourishment and tender-to-the-bite pork and chicken meat, followed by the Stir-fried Crystal Prawn in Singapore Chilli Sauce ($23.90) that has a mild spiciness level. Representing Seafood Paradise are the Kang Kong with Cuttlefish in Satay Sauce ($17.80) and Singapore Style Wok-fried Hokkien Mee with Seafood ($18.80), the former is a heritage dish that is not commonly seen these days while the latter is the popular hawker dish that has been elevated with a medley of clams, prawn and squid.

Lastly, LeNu presents the Beef “Bak Chor Mee” ($11.90) which comes topped with a variety of ingredients including braised mushrooms, fried pork lard, meatballs and a sweet minced meat sauce that you can mix everything up with the noodles and the accompanying sambal chilli.

Hahaha strange order by me. It's really just tendon without meat. I normally can eat it but this was like chewing on tough jelly. Their la mian was as usual excellent. I really enjoyed it.

Fragrant Pork Chop with
Specialty Mala Dry Noodle - $13.90

LeNu’s time limited pork chop with mala dry noodle is tossed in special mala paste, with a kick for me definitely. Paired with marinated pork chop for the extra shiokness. I love LeNu and always order their Braised Beef Tendon ($7.90) which is always cooked to such tenderness. The time limited mala dry noodle is available until 31 March

For this dish, your choice of noodle, I got the la mian, is tossed in a special mala paste that contains a unique blend of 8 spices including Sichuan peppercorn, dried chilli, fermented black bean and bay leaf, topped with bonito flakes for the added umami-ness. Each bowl of noodle is wonderfully paired with a juicy pork chop that has been marinated overnight in a housemade sauce.
