You know you'll get a good meal at Stall 80 - it's nameless, brandless, operated by Thai staff, cooking Thai street food, and looks straight out of a roadside stall from Bangkok, Thailand.
.
The fragrant aroma of grilling wafts through the air, enticing all who pass. And the skewers, while pricey, has that lovely meaty chewy texture with bold smoky savoury salty sweet flavour in the grilled pork belly.
.
Makes me want to buy a flight ticket already.

Stall 125 - Saiko retailed their signature beverage.
.
This luscious, alcohol-free, hand-brewed, delectable, butterscotch infused soda is topped with a layer of butterscotch cream.
.
Has a fizzy, smooth, rich body texture, with a buttery floral sweet flavour.
.
Feels so decadent and indulgent drinking this.

Stall 186 - Hokkien Turnip Cake retailed this uncommon snack.
.
Most would be familiar with the Chinese Cantonese version, which is sold in nearly all dim sum / yum cha shops, but the Chinese Hokkien Turnip Cake differs with its ingredients.
.
It consists of mashed daikon radish, stuffed with minced pork and tofu beancurd puff strips, in a savoury salty pork and soy sauce gravy, with a bouncy meaty chew to texture.
.
Tasty snack.

What makes this Modern Singaporean pop-up headed by Owner-Chef Ernest Lim stand out, is their consistently well-executed sandwiches, each prepared to order, with fresh ingredients and unique twists on flavour. Better quality than you'd expect from a pop-up stall.
.
Named in homage to the popular 'Maple Story' massively multiplayer online role-playing game, this is a whimsical burst of flavour.
.
Sandwiched between slices of crisp buttered and toasted white bread is a thick, juicy breaded chicken katsu fillet, purple cabbage coleslaw, and maple syrup.
.
Bite in, and you get the meaty sweet savoury flavour of the crisp outside tender inside breaded chicken, the delicate vegetal sweet flavour of the crunchy purple cabbage coleslaw, and the rich floral sweet notes of the sticky maple syrup.
.
Well put together, the fillings remain within as you're eating. Delicious; wished for more.

Experience a flavour knock-out with the signature sandwich.
.
Sandwiched between slices of crisp buttered and toasted white bread is a thick, juicy minced beef patty, shredded iceburg lettuce, cheddar cheese, and the kicker - peanut butter spread.
.
Bite in, and you get the meaty savoury sweet flavour of the tender minced beef patty, the light vegetal sweet flavour of the crunchy iceburg lettuce, then the delightful earthy nutty sweet flavour of the sticky peanut butter.
.
Well executed too; the fillings stay tightly within, making it easy to eat. Will return for this.
